Fabric Vanes
The fabric vanes of Pirouette Shades lie beautifully near the window, with the same effect as roman shades. But, when activated, they fold in place, suspended, revealing a sheer backing that shows off a stunning display of the landscape. This sheer fabric backing invites diffused natural light for a glowing ambiance in your home.
Sheer Backing
That gorgeous view is available through two different types of sheers. The first is a traditional sheer, offering a hazy, softened view of the landscape. The other is a new innovation from Hunter Douglas. Clearview is a black sheer fabric that enhances the view with sharpened detailing. This crisp view of the landscape is sought-after when you want to display a clear backdrop. Both options welcome diffused light and reduced glare.
Positions of Pirouette Shades
Lying flat near the window, the look of romans blocks the view, adds privacy and increases light control–even room darkening if necessary. The folding vanes reveal a beautiful backdrop. For additional positioning, Pirouette shades roll up. They can stop along the way, providing partial coverage of the window. Finally, they roll entirely into the headrail above the window to reveal the full window.
